Mike and entire family,
I enjoyed the times I spent with Bill at PHI beginning in 1978. He was a fair man and a good man. He always looked out for his mechanics and took care of them. I will keep you and your family in our prayers.

"Pop" was the most caring and giving man I have ever known. Always greeted us with open arms and a great big smile. He made "Mom" so happy. Heaven gained a very loving angel. Rest peacefully, Pop.

Bill certainly lived a full life and was full of life. We are thankful to have called him "friend." His presence will be missed but memories will last our lifetime.
Bill was clearly very proud of his children and grandchildren. His voice always had a special spark when recollecting memories of days gone by or talking about current accomplishments and adventures. His gifts of life and love will carry on through each of you; he will always have a presence.
