Dear loved ones of Barbara Lynn Reed Godchaux Mims:
Today our family was saddened to learn of Barbara's passing, because she was such a vibrant, joyful and positive Caregiver to our mother (who will celebrate her 100th birthday soon on February 1st). Barbara always "playfully" would ask Mother . . . "Are you ready to go dancing, Miz Valerie?" We appreciated & loved Barbara. Heaven has become a better place since she arrived there, I'm proud to admit. We extend our condolences to all of you, and also our warm regards,

My dearest Barbara . . . You left this world too soon (for me), and I am sorry I failed to say, "Good bye." Your joyful nature was always a "pick -me-up" to Miz Valerie (our 99+ year old Mother), and I laughed every time you asked, "Are you ready to go dancing?" You were "an angel on earth" for our family, but Our Lord needed you to join his "heavenly caregivers" sooner. I can just imagine all the dancing that's going on in Heaven!
I send my heartfelt condolences to Barbara's husband Harold . . . to her mother Louise . . . to her children Michael, Christian and Aaron . . . to her two precious grandchildren Khloe and Londyn . . . and to all the rest of her extended circle of family & friends
Barbara was a wonderful employee and friend, and she brightened any room into which she entered. I admired her, appreciated her caregiving of Mother, and loved her warm & generous heart. My sisters Sylvia, Patricia & Carol join me in mourning the loss of Barbara, but also in celebrating "a life that was well- lived." Love to you,

It is with a heavy heart I find myself writing this note to extend my deep condolences to Barbara´s family. I know she is in Glory but those here on Earth will miss Barbara greatly. She cared for my sisters´ and my mother and was always joyful in her caring of our mother.
