Gladys Hightower Obituary

Gladys L. Hightower a native of Jackson, MS and a resident of Port Allen, LA passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the age of 95. She was a retired school teacher for West Baton Rouge Parish. Visitation will be held at Scott United Methodist Church on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until religious services at 11:00 a.m., conducted by Rev. Willie Laws. Interment to follow in Southern Memorial Gardens. She is survived by 2 daughters Jolene Cranford, Linda (Dennis) Valentine and 1 son Wendell (Mary Ann) Hightower all of Port Allen, LA., 3 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great- great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Hightower. Services entrusted to: Hall Davis & Son, Baton Rouge, LA.
