Candace White Obituary
After courageously fighting a battle here on earth, Candace Farr White, 44, won the victory and was finally able to meet her Lord and Savior face to face. She entered her eternal home in Heaven on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024, while surrounded by her loving family.
With absolutely no hesitation we can say, Candace is now whole and is praising our Lord, something she did continually until her final breaths.
Candace was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ronald and Jean Farr, and John and Margie Heflin. Those left to cherish Candace's wonderful memory are her loving husband of 22 years, Bryan White; her children, Asa and Jasper White; her parents, Ronnie and Staci Farr; her father and mother-in-law, Kenneth and Wanda White; her brother-in-law, David White; her best friend and "person", Sandra Hogland; and a host of extended family and friends.
Candace was born on May 23, 1980, in Oxford, Alabama. She was raised in Oxford all her life and graduated from Oxford High School. Upon graduation, Candace attended Jacksonville State University. She worked in the insurance field for many years until she had her adored twin boys. Upon their birth, Candace became a wonderful "stay-at-home" mother. She was the true matriarch of her family, coordinating everything they ever needed. Candace was a dedicated and devoted wife, mother, and daughter. She was very much a social butterfly, never meeting a stranger. Anyone that met her absolutely loved her and could immediately tell what an amazing Christian woman she was. Candace was a member of Warren Baptist Church of Augusta where she was actively involved in many areas, to include vacation bible school and bible study groups. She adored her Lord and Savior and was the epitome of what a God-fearing woman was supposed to be. Candace was never ashamed of her faith or being ready to be a light in this dark world to those she came into contact with. In her spare time, Candace would sit on her front porch and greet and meet all her neighbors. And, if you were on the phone with Candace as she she entered their subdivision, you had to let her go so she could talk to everyone she passed as she made her way to her house. It didn't matter if someone was walking dogs, out for a stroll, or simply in their yard, Candace made a point to speak to everyone. Most of all, Candace loved spending time with her family. Whether they went camping or traveling together, she simply enjoyed being with them. Candace also liked to cook and listen to podcasts, as well as helping out with PTO at her boy's school. To know Candace was to love her and by knowing her you became a better person. Candace will forever be remembered for her amazing faith and her generous heart! Her testimony will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone she knew!
