Clara Cliett Obituary

Mrs. Clara Louise Huffman Cliett, 85, of Harlem, entered into rest on April 4, 2024.

Clara was a lifelong area resident. She was a very simple lady. She enjoyed going to yard sales. Fishing was a favorite pass time of hers, leaving early in the morning and returning at dark. She also loved baking many treats for her friends and family. She was known for her red velvet cake, and made the best biscuits.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Murray and Reba Huffman; her husband Elton Brooks Cliett; and her son Richard Elton Cliett.

Survivors include three sons, Ellis Brooks Cliett, Raymond Ozy Cliett and Michael Dean Cliett; two daughters, Teresa Louise Williams and Rhonda Sue Sampson; her brother, Doudrey Huffman; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Services will be held cryptside at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 4501 Wrightsboro Rd. Grovetown GA 30813, at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 6, 2024 with Pastor Roger Bennett officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the mausoleum. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
