Thomas Walters Obituary
Tommy is survived by his beloved wife, Penny Walters; sons Mark Alan Walters (Heather) and Matthew Aaron Walters; sister Vicki Francis (Randy); and affecteonality referred to as Poppy to grandchildren Alexander Walters, Zachary Walters, Brody Walters, and Stella Walters. Tommy lived an amazing life positively affecting all that crossed his path. He had an amazing mind for fixing any and everything all while being able to provide for his loved ones. Tommy had a passion for golf that he shared with whomever he could get out on the course. However, Tommy had no greater passion than the love of his grandchildren and seeing each everyone of them grow through the years. Tommy will be dearly missed by all and truly the world was a greater place for having him be part of it for however brief his life.
A viewing and visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Platt's Funeral Home in Evans, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Platt's Funeral Home, Belair Chapel, Pastor Bobby Smith officiating.
