It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Frances Deborah Allen who passed away on Tuesday, January 14th at the age of 81. Born on August 30, 1943, in Baltimore Maryland, she was a loving daughter of the late Catherine and Robert Eitemiller.
She is survived by daughter Karen Misterka and her late husband Charles, son Charles Allen Jr and his wife Penny, and daughter Kristy Brown and her husband Steve, who will cherish their memories together. Frances also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought so much joy to her life.
Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Frances' life. A public viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 AM followed by a graveside service at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, 7401 German Hill Road.
