It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeannette C. Jones, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us peacefully on July 20, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on January 30, 1934, in Maryland.
Jeannette, the cherished wife of the late William Jones, beloved mother to her two sons, Robbie (wife Lora) and Richard (wife Judi), She took pride in watching her family grow, including her cherished grandchildren Sarah, Daniel, Megan, and Will, and her great-grandchildren Theo, Beau, Cooper, Finneas, Harper, Veronica, and Brooks. Sister to the late Thomas Collier.
Beyond her family, Jeannette poured her heart into her community. She was an active member of the Dundalk Historical Society and dedicated her time to helping the Dundalk Little Loop and the Logan Teen Center. She loved to take long walks.
Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating Jeannette's life. A public viewing will take place at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Thursday July 24, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at New Light Lutheran Church on Friday July 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
