Christopher Wheeler Obituary

Christopher Lee Wheeler, 24, of Brownstown, died Tuesday, May 4, at his residence. He was born May 22, 1985 in Seymour to Gary A. and Jan E. Bell Wheeler of Brownstown, and they survive. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling. He was employed at Schwarz Pharma Manufacturing. Other survivors include a brother, Shawn Wheeler of Seymour; two grandparents, William Bell of Seymour and Ocie Wheeler of Brownstown; four nieces, Samantha, Jordyn, Ashlee and Kylee Wheeler; three nephews, Jacob, Dustyn, and Stacey Wheeler, and several cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Marshall Wheeler; a grandmother, Mildred Bell; an uncle, Larry Bell, and two cousins, Brian Wheeler and David Mullen. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, May 7, at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia, with Chris Criminger officiating. Burial will be in the Vallonia Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 10 a.m. until time of the service. Memorials may be designated for the Wheeler family.

Chris was a wonderful person. I talked to him on a daily basis at work. We have all lost a good friend. Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for the family. Chris is no longer in pain now. I only hope he has finally found the peace he was looking for.
