Just want Fred and his family to know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I did not have the honor of knowing Nate personally but the outpouring of support at his funeral showed what an impact he made and how much he was loved by everyone whose life he touched.

From AYSO to Model UN to starting his own successful company, Nate was always the most kind, caring, smart and adventurous of the bunch. He accomplished many great things and touched all those he encountered. While words alone cannot express the depth of his passing, his love and light will live on. May you find comfort in his beautiful memory, and may his passing be for a blessing.

How does one adequately put into words the sorrow and sense of loss that has enveloped so many as a result of Nate's unexpected and all too early passing?

Nate was a bright, shining light who filled any room he was in. His warmth, boundless energy, wit and charm made it impossible not to like him. His contagious enthusiasm and belief in possibilities drew people near and compelled them to be a part of his world. His kindness and thoughtfulness set an example for others who were privileged to learn by his example.

I did not know Nate for as long as many others, but I will never forget him. I was privileged to mentor him last summer at Cool House Labs, and became an advisor to LeaseMaid at his request. He was a wonderful friend and colleague and a joy to be with. His passing leaves a sense of loss that may be tempered over time by the warm memories of his all too brief presence on earth, but nevertheless, an emptiness that cannot be so easily filled. I will really miss him, and what I had every reason to assume would be a valued friendship and association for many years to come.

My deepest condolences go out to Nate's parents, his brother, sister and extended family, his loyal friends, and the colleagues who treasured their partnership with him.

Nate, you left us way too soon. You will truly be missed.
