Alice Haggard Jones Obituary
She was born June 4, 1935, at Council Hill, Okla., to Charles "Pat" and Elizabeth "Bessie" Ellen Mize Haggard.
She worked for Walmart in Conway for 25 years and enjoyed cooking, drawing and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Raymond R. Haggard; and a nephew, Joe Charles Haggard.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl A. and Greg Stapf of Pottsville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert M. and Teri Jones of Pottsville and Jim C. and Dawn Jones of Cabot; five grandchildren, Michael H. Jones of Conway, James Jones of Wooster, Ray Jones of Wooster, Ashley Stapf of Pottsville and Austin Jones of Pottsville; two great-grandchildren, Jenna Jewel Jones and Jayna Jones, both of Wooster; and a sister, Ada Deering of Cushing, Okla.
The funeral will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at Humphrey Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. Friday until service time at the chapel.
The graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, at Council Hill Cemetery in Muskogee County, Okla., by Humphrey Funeral Service.
