Mark James Orlando Milligan passed away on April 15, 2025. He was born on March 16 to Patrick Milligan and Sharon Barker Milligan in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He graduated from Lakeside High School in 1984.
Mark grew up riding dirt bikes and his love of riding motorcycles continued throughout his life. He spent almost 30 years in the water department at Conway Corporation, where his friends lovingly referred to him as Big Fel. He retired early due to health issues.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Mark leaves behind his son, Sawyer, his daughter, Taylor, and his granddaughter, Hailyn. Mark also leaves behind his sister, Melinda, his niece, Brooke, and a plethora of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 1 p.m. with service to follow at 2 p.m.
