Dewey Lee Burcham, 84, of Pulaski, entered into rest Monday, July 11, 2016. Dewey was a beloved father, kind neighbor and friend, and was known for his boundless energy, his resonant laugh and lively sense of humor. He was a devout man of faith, and we are sure that when he was received into the arms of God he was told, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."
Survivors include his children and their spouses, Mitchell and Susan Burcham of Hayes, Va., Karen Burcham of Alexandria, Va., Jennifer Burcham of Alexandria, Va., and Rebecca and David Dunyak of Fairfax Station, Va.; grandchildren, Justin Burcham, Jared Burcham, Jenna Burcham, Brianna Dunyak, and Jacob Dunyak: great grandchild, Arora Burcham.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Bruce Burcham officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A guestbook is available online by visiting www.vaughnguynnandmcgrady.com.
