She was a member of the Reynoldsville Fraternal Order of the Eagles, and a member of the Ladies Eagles Auxiliary. In addition, she was on the Reynoldsville Homecoming Committee for many years.
Liz was known for her sense of humor and her never-give-up attitude. Throughout her illness, she remained steadfast in her faith, and upbeat and positive through all treatments, always bringing a smile to those who knew her. She was an inspiration for all those who suffer, and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Liz is survived by two children, Brian Deegan of Reynoldsville, Pa., and Michele Pearce and her husband Bill of Reynoldsville, Pa.; six granddaughters: Krystal, Kaitlin, Kiersten, Brianna, MaKayla and Shelby and one great grandson Brett. She is also survived by one sister, Margaret Ann "Cricket" Kaizer of Reynoldsville, Pa., and one brother, Raymond Deegan and his wife Audrey of Smethport, Pa., and several nieces and nephews.
