James J. Bojalad Jr.

1961 - 2025

James J. Bojalad, Jr., 63, of Reynoldsville, PA died Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at his home.

Born on August 31, 1961, in DuBois, PA, he was the son of James J. and Nancy (Doane) Bojalad, Sr.

His parents survive and live in DuBois, PA.

On June 5, 1981, he married his wife of 43 years, C. Renee (Kear) Bojalad. She survives.

He retired as a treater from the Stella Jones Corporation in Falls Creek, PA after 35 years of service.

Jim was a man of many hats and talents. He was highly skilled in technology and electronics. He was artistic, crafty, and handy. There wasn't anything that Jim could not build, fix, or create. He was well-known for his Halloween and Christmas decorating. Friends, family and neighbors would look forward to his display every year. Above all, he cherished his time with his family, friends, and especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his three children, Brandi Suplizio and her husband, Nickolas, of DuBois, PA, James Bojalad, III and his wife, Danielle, of Penfield, PA and Paige Bojalad and her fiancé, Seth Bowker, of Reynoldsville, PA; seven grandchildren: Dominic Torretti, Peyton, Venetia and Lorenzo Suplizio, Braylon Bojalad, Kolten Bojalad and Leroy Bowker; and two sisters, Christine Bojalad of Reynoldsville, PA and Peggy Bojalad of Summerville, PA.

Jim was preceded in death by his son, Jason Bojalad.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 11 a.m. from the funeral home, with Pastor Terry Felt officiating.
