David Charles Stanley, 69, of Mooresville, Indiana passed away on July 17, 2022. He was born February 10, 1953. He was the son of the late Charles and Betty "Henn" Stanley.
He worked for Rose City Packing and Rick Ward Chevrolet both in New Castle, Indiana and Firestone in Noblesville, Indiana. He had lived in Sulphur Springs, IN. from 1972 – 1987, Middletown, IN. from 1987 – 2002, Indianapolis, IN. from 2002 – 2005 and Mooresville, IN. form 2005 – 2022. He attended Shenandoah High School and Yorktown High School.
He had several hobbies bowling, golf, baseball, softball, pool, he loved western movies, loved watching Indiana University basketball, loved watching the New York Yankees.
He is survived by his mother: Betty Foister of Mooresville, IN. two (2) sons: Chris Stanley of Zionsville, IN, Bruce (Holly) Stanley of Middletown, IN, two (2) siblings Raymond (Marie) Stanley of Mooresville, IN, Sherri Landis of Muncie, IN. two (2) grandchildren Cy and Meg Stanley, former spouse Teresa "Mclain" Stanley and several nieces sand nephews.
He was preceded in death his father: Charles Stanley and step-father Gerald Foister.

Calling will be on Friday July 22, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Garden View Funeral Home at 19591 N. St. Rd. 3, Muncie, IN 47303. Service will be at 12:00 P.M. with Pastor Josh Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory.
