Robbin Neal Obituary
Robbin Luann Neal (Cassity) passed away on April 15, 2024, in Largo, FL, at the age of 68. She was born on February 21, 1956, in New Castle, IN.
Robbin was a loving mother to her son James "Blake" (Becky) Neal, a devoted wife to Davis "Dan" Neal, a cherished daughter of Phyllis Hite, a beloved sister to Lana (Doug) Miles, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert "Bob" Cassity.
Robbin had a deep love for her family and was known for her loyalty, generosity, and sense of humor. She had a special affection for animals, especially her Boston Terriers. Robbin also enjoyed being a snowbird, spending winters in Florida since retiring from being a Human Resources Specialist. Robbin was a very proud member of the State Champion Shenandoah High School Marching Band which won the 1972 Indiana State Fair Band Day.
A Celebration of Life for Robbin will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Ballard and Sons in Middletown, IN followed by a burial at Green Hills Memory Garden in New Castle, IN. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in her memory.
Robbin Luann Neal will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
