I am so sorry for your loss, Mr. Bardonner was such a good trainer at NCCF and had an awesome sense of humor. When we started the hand-to-hand combat part of the training we had to practice kicking and hitting a rubber dummy for our final test. I had never kicked or hot anyone before, but I figured I better learn quick if I was going to work in a prison! When the day came for the final we had to assault the dummy. non-stop for 2 minutes (I think) but it felt like 20 minutes. I began with all the maneuvers I had learned and added a few I made up, I went from the top to the bottom and wailed on the dummy, I was getting tired so I started making sound cartoon sounds like BAM! and OOOFF! and Whamo! just to take some time up. When I was done Mr. Bardonner asks "do you have some sort of anger issues?"....LOL and he added "also, there are no extra points for sound effects" hahahahaha!! He made the training week a lot of fun. My prayers are with the family. Julie and Ric Martin
