Donna Mingin

Donna E. (Pangburn) Mingin, age 70 of Millville, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.

Born in Millville to the late Daniel and Miriam (Minkwintz) Pangburn, Donna graduated from Millville High School, Class of 1966 and was a life long resident.

She began working in the packing department for Wheaton Glass Company in Millville, and many years later she retired as a Supervisor. She then owned and operated Garden State Dry Cleaners in Vineland, where she was still currently working.

Donna was a member of The Parish of All Saints in Millville. She loved shopping, but most of all, Donna enjoyed spending time with her family and kids.

Donna will be sadly missed by her daughter Danielle Sooy; two grandchildren, Robert and Kaitlyn Sooy; and her extended family, Doug DeGregorio, Daniel DeGregorio, twins Dallas Brooks and LuAnn DeGregorio-Hall, Sister Michele DeGregorio, Virginia DeGregorio and Carmen DeGregorio III. She was predeceased by her husband Robert in 1991; and one cousin Carmen F. DeGregorio Jr.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 6, 2017 at The Parish of All Saints, Buck and Depot Streets, Millville. There will be a viewing on Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad Street, Millville. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville.
