Frank Lorenzo Obituary

Frank A. Lorenzo, 83, of Vineland went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Frank was born in New York City to the late Frank and Maria (Rose) Lorenzo and was a resident of Vineland for most of his life. Prior to retirement, Frank was employed by Owens-Illinois, Kimble Glass of Vineland as a quality control inspector for over 38 years. He was a member of Divine Mercy Parish, St. Francis Church of Vineland. Frank enjoyed the art and talent of making his own wine and sharing time with his family and friends.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Elizabeth "Betty" (Carpenter) Lorenzo of Vineland; two sons, Frank J. Lorenzo and wife Alejandra Montecinos of Vineland, and Thomas A. Lorenzo and wife Lorraine of Vineland; his daughter, Elizabeth Anne Raftovich and husband Robert of Severn, Md.; and also by his 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his sister, Maria Guaciaro of Vineland.

Frank was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Francis "Gear" Guaciaro, and his granddaughter, Rebekah Anna Raftovich.

A funeral liturgy will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Divine Mercy Parish, St. Francis Church, 23 W. Chestnut Ave., Vineland. Entombment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park Mausoleum, Millville. The viewing will be held on Wednesday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave., Vineland.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 518 S. Shore Road, Marmora, NJ 08223.
