What a good Doctor but an even better man. As a young pharmaceutical "detail man",Doc Berstein helped me tremendously. He would introduce me to his peers at medical conferences and in the hospital. Those introductions enabled me to have access that would have been difficult to obtain. Any success I may have had was amplified because of his mentorship. RIP Doc B.

my prayers for peace go out to the bernstein family. dr. bernstein was my dr from the time i was born on 6/6/66, weighing 6lbs/6oz. despite those numbers, he took care of me thru my open heart surgery, which i had because i was also born with a hole in my heart. i couldn't tell you who my cardiologist was at 6 yrs old, but i always knew who dr. bernstein was. and even after moving away for nearly 10 yrs, i came back to this area & was comforted knowing my dr was still gonna be dr. bernstein. he took care of me up until he retired. i will never forget him.
