Bob Heaton
Robert A. Heaton, age 54, died Friday, October 24, 2023 at his home in Gowen. He was born July 25, 1969 in Greenville, the son of Robert and Mary Lou (Wilson) Heaton. Bob graduated from Greenville High School with the class of 1987. He attended Montcalm Community College, where he received his journeyman's card. Bob began workin gat Master Unit Die, then went to Master Precision Mold Technology, where he retired from. If you knew Bob, you knew his love for old school BMX. He rode for many years, as it was his passion. Bob also loved his huskies, Amber and Nanook, like they were his own children. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Mary Lou Heaton. He is survived by his sister, Sally Ryan of Foley, Alabama; nephew, Connor Ryan of East Tawas; and niece, Molly Ryan of East Tawas. A memorial gathering to celebrate Bobby's life will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Monday, November 6, 2023 at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider the needs of the family, and memories and messages of condolence may be shared at www.hurstfh.com.
