Mrs. Weagle had been employed at the East Lyme School System, first as a Lunchroom Aid and then as a secretary.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced in a later obituary. The Thomas L. Neilan & Sons East Lyme Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

I am heartbroken to hear that Beverly has passed away. Every year we would get together for lunch. I always looked forward to our July meeting. I worked with Bev on field trips for many, many years. She was such a beautiful lady. She will never be forgotten!!

My condolences to Craig and family. I had the good fortune to work alongside Bev as part of our dynamic office team at East Lyme Middle School. I was a better principal because she was on our staff! No one worked harder or contributed more to the success of our school. She was a can-do person who always gave her best and was willing to learn and help us all excel. She came to work every day with ideas to improve our practice and was open to tackle any project. I will miss our birthday calls, occasional breakfasts and exchange of holiday wishes. Her sense of humor was priceless and her love of Gordon and Craig was shared every day. Rest in peace.
