Mr. St. Germain was born on Sept. 10, 1946, in New London, the son of Arthur S. St. Germain and Mary (Higgins) St. Germain. He grew up in Waterford and was a graduate of St. Bernard High School and Providence College. He was also a proud U.S. Army veteran and served as a volunteer firefighter at the Jordan Firehouse in Waterford.
Mr. St. Germain married Magdalena Tapia in 1976 in Los Angeles, and they settled in Burbank in 1978.
He was employed as a public works inspector for the City of Los Angeles for over ten years.
He is survived by his wife, Maggie of Burbank; his two sons, Albert St. Germain of London, England and Arthur St. Germain of New York, N.Y.; his brothers, Thomas St. Germain and James St. Germain of New London; and his sisters Ann Garrett of Burbank and Michelle Haley of Colorado Springs, Colo.
A Funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 9, at St. Finbar Catholic Church in Burbank, with internment to follow at San Fernando Mission Cemetery in Mission Hills, Calif.

I am sorry to hear of Brian's passing. I remember his smile and his antics at SBHS. He helped to make our class ('64)the special one it remains today.

As a kid I spent many Sundays on the Niantic River swimming and tomenting Horseshoe crabs off the St. Germain cement dock. Brain was always so good to me and I always looked up to my cousin. HE WAS A GREAT GUY!!!!
