We'll miss seeing Connie at my Grandfather's house, Joe Ruma, every Thursday evening in the summer to play cribbage. Connie was always disappointed when I sent a plain Christmas card and not one with a family picture on it. He told me we owed him a picture this past Christmas as I didn't have time to get one done -- I wish I had taken the time!! Sorry Connie, you'll be missed, thought about often and loved eternally!

To Lena, Gloria, Richard, Gail and George:

We had the good fortune of meeting Connie 8 years when we moved across the street. From Day One, he gave a lot laughs and a lot of pleasure to our lives. He was an Unforgettable Character. We'll miss him and will never forget him.

Connie was my friend, neighbor and golfing buddy for many years. I will miss his banter and "Archie Bunker" attitude. We played many rounds of golf at Birch Plain Golf Course. These games were filled with teasing and taunting on poor shots and celebrated each other victories. Connie was an avid lost ball collector. He also collected beverage cans. My golf bag was often full of his finds at the end of the round. The cans were not for his benefit. He cashed them in at the end of the season and donated the money for a Christmas party for children. We all hoped and prayed he recover from the illness and surgery that took him from us. Connie, I miss you. May you hit them long and straight wherever you are.
