Danny and I worked at opposite ends of the ticket counters at Groton Airport in the late 60s. He was at Allegheny and I was at Pilgrim and we had a friendly rivalry over who carried more passengers. He had a big smile and was a bright spot in my day. My condolences to his family and friends on the loss of a wonderful man.

Danny, not only were you my family, you were my friend! I remember playing catch with you and my brother when we were all kids. The holidays at your house with my father and yours eating hot peppers and drinking anisette until one of them gave in...the food, the friendship, FAMILY. All the fish are trophies and you're always under par now...RIP

To the family of Daniel J. Quintiliani, Jr.: My deepest condolences on your loss. Danny and I go way back to high school days. My dad and Danny's dad worked together at the American Thermos in Norwich. They were the best of friends. Danny and i go back as to when he was in Korea and wrote long letters back and forth. That was many many years ago. Time goes by so quickly but through social media we were able to connect after so many years. When we talked, I was so saddened to hear that he was so sick. Rest in Peace dear friend.
