Dad wasn't just Dad
Not just a father
Not limited to a person you look after and care about because it's your duty or obligation.
Also not just someone who helped us get to where we are in life and how we value things and treat others.
He was a great friend and our talks about family, sports and music happened daily but they were cherished...
He was always there
David L West Sr. was alot of things but most of all he will be missed!
Dad
People always say, well he had a good life...82 years
But until his last hours he was so alive, so caring and most of all still concerned about us and not to be sad.
He was and is my hero and I will always love him.
Rest in piece
Love always
David L West Jr.

Though we have never met, thinking of you and sending prayers. I am Jane (West) Thomas Radziwon's granddaughter. Just learning how much larger my family is.
