June 15, 2006 Dad, this Sunday will be the first Father's Day that you're not here. I miss you. Mom wants to join you on June 30th, but I'm hopeing she waits to see Macgyver, he's so cute. I can't afford to maintain this guest book, so Dad, this is my last entry here. I'll save what I've written and talk to you again in my journal. I love you.

Dad, Today is Mother's Day 2006. I spent last night with Mom as it was exactly 1 year to the day that she came there. Bill and Barry stopped in today. Still waiting to see Macgyver Jai, he's almost a month old. Imagine 5 generations. Miss you. Love you.

Dad, Day after Easter and your great-great grandson is here. Mom is very excited. We're all doing ok. Love and Miss You. Oh, the kids went in the crab pond and ocean over the weekend. They love the beach. I thought of when you would have been sitting in the same spot I was sitting by the rocks. Be safe.
