Gloria Craddock Obituary

Groton – Gloria H. Craddock, a Groton resident for more than 35 years, has gone home July 20, 2025. Born June 21, 1951, she was the daughter of her late parents, Helen H. Way and Richard A. Jenkins Sr. and one of seven children: Ronnie (gone home), Richard Jr., Robert, Maggie, Tina, and Sue.

Gloria loved music, dancing and movies, and she was an ardent reader. She had many hidden talents such as creative cooking, baking, poetry, crafts of all types, and she had a very green thumb with house plants. She loved decorating her home for Christmas, and would always say, "Six more months, it's my birthday!"

Cat lover that she was, her most cherished one was Sunshine, a surprise gift from her (then husband) Dave.

Niece, Christinamarie Tomlin, and her family were a huge part of Gloria's life. Gloria has many nieces and nephews; as well as great-nieces and nephews.

We all will deeply miss you, and love you more than words can say. "See you later when we all come home."

Arrangements are private. Any donations may go to cancer research or a cancer center of your choice.
