James Carter Obituary
Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Ocean Avenue, New London. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, in St. James Episcopal Church followed by entombment in St. Mary Mausoleum.
Memorial gifts may be directed to the Smilow Cancer Hospital (https://www.lmhospital.org/donors). A full obituary will be published in Tuesday's edition of The Day.
