He is survived by his wife Gail; sons, Jay and Troy Cortina; stepson Brandon Faison; sisters, Caroline Cochran, Rita McDonough and her husband Brian, and Gloria Devendittis; granddaughter Camryn Cortina; and step-grandson Jayden Faison.
Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, New London is handling arrangements. A complete obituary will appear at a later date.
