James was a gifted senior applications developer.
A Memorial Visitation is scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, with a Memorial Service commencing immediately at 11 a.m., at the Byles Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames Street in Groton. Burial is private at St. Josephs Cemetery in Norwich.
