Mama Jan, it seems like just yesterday that you were still here. I miss our chats and your loving, kind personality. I still cherish the special cookbook that you made just for me. It helps me to feel close to you. I'm forever grateful and feel so privileged to have had you in my life. I love you and always will.

Mama Jan, you were more of a mother to me than the one who birthed me. You are my Godsent Mama andI will ALWAYS love you. I still use the sweet gifts you sent to me and make the family recipes you gathered for me. Each and every one of them make me smile and touch my heart. Thank you for all of your love and for giving me a brother who I will always love and hold close to my heart. Sending you a gazillion hugs.

Even though several years have passed my memories of my Mama Jan are still bright in my my mind and my heart. She was an extraordinary woman and a true earth angel and she will NEVER be forgotten. I am thankful for the beautiful blanket that she made me and that was gifted to me by my beloved "brother" Barry. I often wrap myself in it and envision being hugged by her. Sadly, it is the only physical part of her I have left, but she lives forever in my heart and she will always be with me.

Death is but a journey home. Mama Jan was the only "REAL" Mother I have ever had and my world will never be the same without her. I thank God that she left behind the most wonderful reflection of herself . . . her loving son and my "REAL" brother, Barry.
Joe, I'm so sorry that we were never able to meet in person, but I feel as though I know you well through the words that Mama Jan spoke to me. Thank-you so much for loving her and being there for her right up until the end. For me, She will NEVER be dead . . . for she will ALWAYS live within our hearts.
We have all lost a true Earth Angel who will ALWAYS be remembered as a wonderful and grand influence in this world and an True example of God's love.

I had the pleasure of meeting Janet only once when I returned to Clark's Falls to visit the Baptist Church I knew as a child. Joe and Janet joined my husband and I for lunch that day, and it is still in my mind as so enjoyable. May God's arms have welcomed His child when she ascended to be with Him. My deepest condolences to her family during these next few days. God Bless you, Joe, and I know He will be with you.

Joe and Family:
How saddened I was to read of Janet's passing. Each one of us must let the hand go of one that we love to one that we have not yet met. The memories that they leave behind is what love is made of.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
