Jason Rios Obituary
Jay was recently employed at Domino's Pizza in New London. He enjoyed his job, working alongside his fellow co-workers.
He is survived by his mother Lori (Haluga) Holt; and her companion Edward Miner; father Simeon T. Pangilinan; his six sons: Jayvon Pangilinan, Sean Beauregard, Armani Calderone, Joseph and Quentin Jolicuer and Jason McGowsky; his partner Taylor Awkerman; a grandson, Julian Pangilinan; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends, especially his three best friends, William "Smiley" Johnson, Jamar Smith and Curtis Sherry. Jay was predeceased by his sister Elisabeth Santagata.
His family will receive relatives and friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, July 7, with a brief prayer service at 2:30 p.m. at the Mystic Funeral Home located on Route 1 in Mystic. His burial will be held privately. The family invites you to visit www.mysticfuneralhome.com to leave a note of condolence.

We grew up from boys to men together Jason was a big part of my childhood through teens to my early adulthood. My memory's go back being 10 years old in Groton with Jason. And I will always cherish the times we had together and they well be with me forever. My Condolence sincerely to his Mother, Father and children.
