Jeffrey was married to Michele (Taste) Brown, of Groton. She survives him.
A Celebration of Jeffrey's life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 7, at Walk of Faith Word Center, 20 Grove Avenue, Groton. Burial is private.
Byles Memorial Home, 99 Huntington Street, New London is assisting with the arrangements.

Jeff, you were more than a cousin to me. You were my big brother, my confidant, and you became one of my closest friends.
