To my loving, thoughtful cousin Jonathan: every memory I have of you is filled with smiles and laughter. From lunches at Grandma and Grandpa's to visits at our home in Speegleville and your wedding in Connecticut, I always felt a special bond with you. I love you and will always keep you in my thoughts!

Jon was one of the very first to welcome me into the MP family 12 years ago. Many memories of our time at the 643rd together. My heart breaks for the Burbank family and for the loss of a brother that had such a huge impact on so many.
God bless and may you rest in peace Jon.

For our beloved grandson, Jonathan:
Our hearts are heavy from knowing we will not again, on this earth, enjoy your loving and helpful presence. However, we take comfort in the assurance that in the not too distant future we shall join you in trodding those streets of gold. We trust that by the time we arrive, you will have scoped the kingdom out and will be able to give us a guided tour.
We hope you knew how proud we were of you. And how dear you were to us. As a result of your cheerfulness and your sweet Christ-like character, your visits always lifted our spirits. We firmly believe that Jesus has taken you into his arms, has held you close and has banished all your cares and tears.
We shall not say Goodby because we hold tightly to the promise of Gods Word that we shall meet again. So, with tears in our eyes and a lump in our throat we say, We love you dearly Jonathan, and will hold you in our hearts until that day when we join all our loved ones in paradise!

When I first joined the National Guard I was a quiet kid and didn't know anyone. SSG Burbank was always kind to me and made time to talk to me. Football was a common interest, I would trash talk his Eagles and he would trash talk my Patriots. I would always bring up the 2005 Super Bowl until his Eagles beat my Patriots in 2018 and I lost my trump card. I wish his friends and family peace and healing in their time of mourning. The time he spent on Earth was short, but his impact will last a lifetime.
