Joseph Noe Obituary
After graduating from high school, Joseph joined the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged. He worked at Electric Boat for over 40 years.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 21, at the Byles Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames Street in Groton. A complete obituary will appear in an upcoming edition of The Day and www.byles.com.

I was a coworker of Joe for 15 years and I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing, he was a great friend and one of the most sincere people I knew.
