Roger Schaller Obituary
He is survived by his son Michael Riggs, his wife Emily, and his beloved grandchildren, Ana Grace and David Shane of Greene, N.Y. He was so proud of his son Michael and the wonderful husband and father he had become. His loving siblings, and their spouses also survive him, Henry "Hank" and Carol Schaller, Linda and Pano Woviotis, Deborah and Gordon Steele, all of Boca Raton, Fla.; Valerie and Ward Farren of Ocala, Fla.; Christian Schaller of Knoxville, Tenn.; and his many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. We cannot forget his precious cat, Buddy.
He attended schools in Waterford, as well as schools in South Florida. He moved to Berea, Ky., several years ago, where he received the Lord Jesus Christ in his heart. He is most proud of the booklet he wrote to help others titled "Heart to Heart" – Is the Way for a Broken Heart, A Sinning Heart, An Addicted Heart, To Receive, A New Life, A Happy Life, and Good Harvest Through Jesus Christ.
Roger was such a beautiful, kind soul. He would want us to keep smiling and remember all the good times. He loved his family, and they loved him. We will surely miss all the phone conversations with Uncle Roger. Until we meet again.
A private memorial will be at a later date.

Roger. ,I find myself thinking about you and us going to church back when you lived in New London. You moved to Berea and you passed there. Always wondered why you moved to Berea? Guess I'll never know. Would of loved to have read your booklet " Heart to heart". You always remain in my thoughts for the positive impact you had on my life. See you in heaven brother....

Roger I just knew you would go on to be a soldier for Christ. I had the privilege of knowing you when you were in New London years ago. Even then your heart belonged to Christ. One day I'll see you in heaven my friend.

I went to school with Roger and last saw him years ago when he had his red Ford rollback car carrier. I asked Christ to save me from my sins in 1979 and have been preaching & teaching Gods word since the mid-80´s. I am sadden by his passing but was thrilled to read of his salvation. To Roger´s family I send my condolences &prayers. We have the promises of God´s word that we shall meet him again . God bless you all: Ray Carter

I went to Waterford High School with Roger and always considered him a kind friend. Those were the days! My condolences to Emily and Michael and his immediate family, also to Hank, Linda, Debbie, Valerie, and Christian. May Roger rest in peace now and become a citizen of paradise.
