three years since you left us.
Not a day goes by that I
don't think about you
You held my hand when I was small
You caught me when I fell
The hero of my childhood
And of latter years as well
Every time I think of you my
heart just fills with pride,
and though I'll always miss you Dad,
I know you're by my side.

I have so many memories since we were teenagers sneaking out the basement going down to pond or lake to the time you brought Erica home from the hospital a proud father you was I always thought we would grow old and cranky but I am getting old and cranky with out you I can´t wait to see you again God promises that it will happen I look forward to that day till then I will miss you

Hey grandpa I really miss you we all do me Jay Alex Alyssa and mom I think about you every second of every day grandpa and you have been gone 3 years now so I want to update you on something that have happened In my life so I finally graduated from middle school it was really hard without you 6th grade went pretty good I had good grades and I didn't get intruble but 7th grade wasn't the greatest and it was hard for me and I finally got a greater understanding of everything in life and it finally sat in that my best friend the person I knew I could always ran and talk to was gone you grandpa you were my everything and you made life so much fun and exciting all the time and finally 8th grade it was a lot better and I got my grades back up and I didn't get intruble a lot and that's really all you have missed grandpa I miss you so much and Ik you are in a better place up there in heaven and Ik everything happens for a reason but I really miss you I miss laughing at you jumping in the pool with you overalls on and the feeling of your sandpaper hands and your tickle party's and I always keep my favorite picture of you in my phone case so if I'm ever down I just look at it and think about you I really can't believe you have been gone 3 years now and I miss everything about you grandpa I wish you could come back and sometimes I even dream about it taht everything was just a joke and that you had to do it to protect us and then everything gos back to normal but Ik that's not going to happen I miss you grandpa/bestfried till we meet again up

I did not know you, but I didn´t have to.. I see the good in your family and the great Father you were. They were so lucky to have you. Your time on earth is done and the Lord will take care of you now. Rest high on that mountain
