Memories of the time I spent with Tom will always put a smile on my face. I've had the opportunity to work with Tom in various capacities throughout the years. Tom was even responsible for helping me get an important new position I enjoyed for many years. More importantly, Tom was friend. I often received text messages from Tom, each one reminding me again of his tremendous sense of humor! Tom and I could talk about nothing at all, or about decisions that would shape our futures. He was just that kind of guy. I looked up to Tom, always interested in his opinions and direction. I'm going to miss the friendship, guidance and humor Tom shared with me and all who had the opportunity to know him. My prayers go out to Pam, Danielle, Gage and the Bakke family for your loss.

I was so sorry to read about Tom's passing. I worked with him from about 1985-1990 at The Computer Lab in New London, in that great decade of the 80's (and early wonder years of the Apple Macintosh). We had a lot of fun there. I hadn't seen him since then, but the photos were nice to see, he looked like he was having fun as always. I had heard that for a few years he had the tool franchise and every time I see one of their trucks I think of him. My sympathy and prayers to his family and friends.

Dear Pam and the Bakke family, I am very sad and shocked to hear of Tom's passing. He had been helping me since the beginning to plan our 40th high school reunion and his passing has profoundly affected all of us who shared our high school years together. We will miss him and keep his memory near to our hearts next July. Our most sincere sympathy.
