Thomas Felicetti Obituary

North Stonington - Thomas M. Felicetti, 55, of North Stonington, died after a courageous battle with cancer Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Born May 22, 1969, in Westerly, R.I., he was the son of Elizabeth A. (Wallace) Algieri and James M. Felicetti of Westerly.

Tom grew up in Hope Valley, R.I., and attended Chariho High School. He also attended Ella Grasso Tech in Groton, and was issued a State of Connecticut S2 License in 2005. He was employed by Amgen in West Greenwich, R.I. since 2021 as a senior HVAC maintenance technician. His previous employment includes Siemens Industry, Inc. as a service specialist. During his sixteen years as a contractor at Pfizer Worldwide Research & Development in Groton, he was a building automation specialist, HVAC technician and assistant chief engineer.

Thomas, a.k.a. Tom, Tommy, Eyebrows, Dad, Unca and Papa, will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Besides his parents and step-parents, Louis Algieri and Anne Felicetti, Tom is survived by his devoted partner Stephanie A. Brodeur, and her daughter Jillian Leger; his three children and their spouses: Morgan (Felicetti) and Rob Picillo, Matthew and Brianna (Merchant) Felicetti and Travis Felicetti; his grandchildren: Kaylee and Camden Picillo, Caleb and Mason Felicetti and Veronica Felicetti. He leaves behind four siblings and their spouses: Beth Ann (Felicetti) and Bill Miller, Karen (Felicetti) and Erik St. Peter, Nicholas and Molly (Sheekey) Felicetti, Andrew Felicetti and fiancé Hadley Williams; his nephews and nieces: Sam and Gillian Miller, Madeline and Sofie St. Peter, Thomas, Mia and Frankie Felicetti.

Tom will be remembered especially for his smile. He loved vacationing in Maine, walking the beach and everything outdoor related. Among his favorites were skeet shooting, hiking, hunting and fishing. At home, he faithfully fed the birds, enjoyed splitting firewood and playing the drums. He was a proud member of the Groton Sportsman's Club since 2008, serving as a very well-liked and successful archery chairman for six years.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at Buckler-Johnston Funeral Home in Westerly, R.I. with a memorial service immediately following. Stephanie, Karen, and family,
So sorry for your loss. Tom was always so personable and nice when I saw him at Pfizer. As you say, he did have the best smile as well !!! He will be remembered and although he went way too soon, cherish all the wonderful memories you were able to share with him. God Bless!
