Veronica Post Obituary
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Josephine (Kowalczyk) Brodasky. Veronica is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Joseph Brodasky (Linda) and Charles Brodasky; her sister Ellie Ellis; and her nieces, Joni Main (Tige) and Tracey Brandle (Lee). Veronica always maintained a special relationship with her cousin Camille Drew, who was more like a sister to her, and with Camille's children, Michelle and Michael.
Those close to Veronica knew her as someone with a heart of gold - always ready to help others without hesitation. She was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, guided by kindness and sincerity in all she did.
Among her favorite pastimes was visiting Florida and Disney World - places she returned to often with great enthusiasm. Her fondness for all things Mickey Mouse was well known and reflected her playful spirit and enduring sense of wonder. Her love for her dogs was a defining part of her life, and she found great joy in their companionship. Her warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.

Yesterday
Veronica was my Dad's cousin (Brodasky side). My siblings and I loved it when she was our babysitter because she was actually fun and attentive. Years later, for a wedding gift, she gave my husband and me a practical, well-made bathroom scale. We've been using it for 47 years, now, and it is well worn and loved . . . like a Velveteen Rabbit. She had one of those infectious laughs that will always be just a thought away for me. Sincere condolences to the family.

I met Veronica at Bingo at the Groton Elks Club. I knew her Brother in law Robert Post. She was a good friend and I wish I could have spent more time with her.
