William Spicer Obituary
Bill was a dedicated and loving husband to his surviving wife of 48 years, Frosine N. Spicer. He is survived by his sons, John Gardiner, William Gardiner, William Spicer IV, David Spicer and Alan Spicer. He is also survived by his sister Doris Pulaski. Bill will be deeply missed by his many grandchildren. Bill was preceded in death by his brother John Spicer.
Bill received his education from Fitch High School and went on to attend Dartmouth College graduating with a degree in business. He had a successful career as the owner of Spicer's Marina in Noank. Bill's passion for his work was evident in his commitment to providing exceptional services to his customers. In his personal life, Bill was known for his dedication to his wife and family. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones and created lasting memories with them. Bill's warm and caring nature will be remembered by all who knew him.

My sympathy to the family regarding Bill's passing. I worked for Bill in the early 1980's and saw recently that the marina had been bought by a corporation in Maryland.
