Did not know him very well as we only met a few times but you had to love his energy and straightforward, no nonsense way about everything! You always knew where you stood with James. I hope he finds eternal peace as his legacy still lives in all who knew him.

No one could or can shampoo and condition their dogs like you! I often think of you and smile while bathing mine remembering how you would bring Luigi out to the pool after his spa treatment! You were a great neighbor James

James,
Only you would appreciate my "stupidity".
Just realized that only is Evelyn gone,
but so are you. You filled so many of my
days at Carter Burden with "fun and laughter". And the "secrets' you shared
had me "blushing(Imagine that". The world has lost such a wonderful, warm and beautiful spirit. James, I will always remember you and the "sunshine"
that you brought with you every day.

We will miss your energy and light at the dog park. You were a joyful soul. Some might have misunderstood you at times but you were as genuine as they come. Rest in peace.
