Linda Bjornberg Obituary

Linda Marie Bjornberg

In Loving Memory of a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother (Nana) and one of the world's best friends any one could ask for.

Linda Marie Bjornberg (Linda Fretter Bjornberg, Linda Marie Fretter, Linda Marie Taylor) was born Dec. 4, 1958 to Donald Lee Taylor and Bernice Mildred Taylor (Bernice Mildred VonTersch) in San Francisco, California. She went to be with the Lord on Dec. 5, 2015, her parents have preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years Joseph David Bjornberg; her children, Angela Marie Loftis (Fretter) and Jessica Josephine Dill (Bjornberg); grandkids, Kaleb Loftis ,Wyatt Loftis, Serenity Dill, David Wilcox, Joseph Dill and Chance Dill; her sisters and brothers, Debbie Powell, David Taylor, Sandy Johnson, Loureen Maul, Terri Fredrickson, Tobi Giannone, Tim Taylor, Jeff Taylor, Gina Trisciuzzi, and Mike Taylor.

Linda had a wonderful sense of humor; a genuine heart; and was there for anyone in need. She always knew the right words to say and sometimes her smile and hugs said it all.

She loved the Lord with all her heart and soul. She lived the words of Jesus Christ (Matthew 22:37, 39 - You shall Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. 39: …You shall Love your Neighbor as yourself). She was the best example of what it really means to be Christian.

"My Love, I will truly Miss all the talks, walks, time in Big Bear and yes the disagreements we had as they brought us so much closer to each other and God".

Services will be held Monday, Dec. 14th at 4:00 p.m., located at Christian Center of Desert Hot Springs, 66511 8th St., Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240.

I worked with Linda years ago at First Interstate Bank in Palm Springs. I have always remembered her because of her positive attitude and helpfulness. I was a new manager and she made sure I had all the knowledge and support I needed in addition to being a good friend. My condolences to Joe, her children, and all of her family & friends.

Oh boy, there aren't words to heal the hurt you and your family are going through. Know that there will be blessings among the pain and learn to look for them. Love and heartfelt prayers to you and yours, Angela.
