August 3, 1932 - July 24, 2015
Marilyn Buchin McCarty King, 82, died Friday, July 24, 2015, at Brookdale Bear Creek Senior Living in the care of Pikes Peak Hospice of Colorado Springs, CO. Marilyn is survived by her two sons, Scott McCarty and Jeff McCarty; daughters-in-law, Dawn McCarty and Michelle McCarty; sister Elaine Blaser; brother-in-law, Earl Lee Blaser, Jr.; grandson, Garrett McCarty; granddaughter, Shay McCarty; niece Laura Blaser and Krista Skuce; and nephew Scott Blazer. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Ellsworth McCarty, and her daughter Lisa Louise McCarty. In memory of Marilyn, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children of Los Angeles, CA (http://www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org). Arrangements by The Springs Funeral Services, www.tsfs.co.
