Philip O'Donoghue Obituary

On October 13, 2008, Philip Joseph O'Donoghue, 73, born in Clones, Co. Monaghan, Ireland on July 16, 1935 passed away peacefully after his long battle with an illness. He is survived by his beloved wife, Adriana B. O'Donoghue; his loving children, Julie A. (Milton) Allione, Colleen D. O'Donoghue, Sean M. O'Donoghue, Peter D. (Phyllis) O'Donoghue and by his stepson, Lourens (Sally Jo) Van Der Starre. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; his sisters, Nuala Ede, Dorothy Jones both of England, Rosaleen (Edward) Mullen of Pennsylvania and Hilary Nally of Spain and by his brother, Michael (Lois) O'Donoghue of Newport Beach. He will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. "Philip will always be remembered for the warm, loving, loyal husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle he was." Memorial Mass on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 11:00AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 43-775 Deep Canyon Road, Palm Desert, CA. 92260.
