So sorry to hear of Ron''s passing. Enjoyed playing golf, going to dinner or just listening to a man of wisdom. May you keep Ron's memories close to your hearts, & in time the tears will turn to smiles...Ron, thanks for taking me to see the Sonic's & Bull's playoff game. Save a spot for me in your 4-some & we will enjoy dinner with our better halves after the round!

Dear Devorah
We are so sad to hear about Ron. Adam chuckled remembering how Ron referred to him as the old man. He thought he was probably ten years older. Turns out he was three years older! We loved the great messages via the Times, pleading to save the Sonics, and seeing Ron at a Sonics games, hand in hand with his grandson. Adam and Ron had dieting contests regularly. Adam won a scale! Whenever Ron saw me, he made a grand gesture of sweeping in, taking my hand and kissing it. For a second, I was a princess. Adam is blind now, but loves remembering his life and times that included the Weinstein's. With sympathy, and our love. Adam & Molly Berger

Ron was one of the first people I met when we moved to Seattle in 1991. We wee friends with his daughter and son In law, may they Rest In Peace.
I enjoyed talking about business with him, learning a lot each time we met. He will be missed by many of us.

I was so sad to hear about Ron's passing. He was a true mentor to me early and throughout my career. He taught me so much and our relationship went from boss/employee to friend. His sense of humor, generosity, business acumen, and quick wit set him apart. Ron will be greatly missed but forever remembered by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with his entire family.
