Alberta Monroe Bazy, 81, of Bryan, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022. Visitation will be 12 noon to 7:00pm Thursday, November 24, at Jones-Washington Mortuary. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, November 25, at Lee Chapel UMC.

I don't know if this was the same Alberta I knew and loved - I never heard her last name. If she worked in nursing homes, this could be her. She took excellent care of both my parents until they passed, with such love and compassion. She was even waiting at the door for my Mom when I returned her after a few days of mourning Dad's passing. When Mom saw her, she reached out to hug her, saying, "Now, I'm back home!" Alberta had a heart of gold, and I send my sympathy to her family.
