JoAnn Callaway Obituary
JoAnn Callaway, 72, of Bryan, passed away on February 25, 2010, at her home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, March 5, 2010, at Jones-Washington Mortuary.
Services are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010, at New Life World Outreach Christian Center, with the Bishop Milton C. Gooden officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
JoAnn Callaway was born on November 25 1938 in Benchley, Texas to Albert and Icephine Bloom. She was a member of New Life World Outreach Christian Center. She enjoyed going to church and praying for others.
She was preceded in death by parents; spouse, Louis T. Callaway Sr.; brother, Ruben Bloom, and a sister, Ola Mae Johnson.
Survivors include her sons and daughters, Ira Lee and Margie Mondine, Billy Ray Mondine and Gregory Paul Easter; daughters and sons-in-law, Katherine Pleasant and Willie Brisby, Jodie Loveal; brothers and sister-in-law, Albert and Myra Bloom, Charles and Neva Bloom, David and Liz Bloom, James and Kathy Bloom; sisters and brothers-in-law, Margee and LC Mondine, Maggie and Leon Sims, Jewel and Jessie McKinney, Ollie Johnson, Quanita Jones; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

GRANDMA was always there she will truly be missed always praying for us and others she was a honest saved grandma i think TO MYSELF what are we to do now?? but i know she would always say look towards heaven from which come our help so i will do that she also said don't cry for her for she's in a better place she took care of us and we will all miss her love you GRANDMA JOANN RIP !!!!

I loved my grandma so much because she raised me & my siblings..she will be missed dearly...grandma you are finally where you have been striving to get too.
